Bob Trezise has been President and CEO of the Lansing EDC, as well as manager of both the Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA) and the Lansing Brownfield Redevelopment Authority (LBRA), since Mayor Bernero came on board in January of 2006 (Bob started in March).

As Vice President of the Lansing EDC, Karl has played key roles on many development projects both big and small over his 10 years there. From small home based micro-enterprise start-ups to multi-million dollar redevelopment projects on up to a billion dollar GM manufacturing plant.

Special Projects Director and Office Manager, Marchelle Smith is multi-talented bringing almost 10 years of downtown revitalization expertise and over 20 years of high-level business management experience.

Ken Szymusiak

Director, South and Outer Lansing

Ken Szymusiak serves as Director of South & Outer Lansing at theLansing Economic Development Corporation. In this capacity Ken overseethe use of economic development tools and incentives to revitalizedistressed and contaminated properties, as well as facilitating jobcreation and growth within the city's business community.

Andrea Ragan

Talent Retention Director

Andrea Ragan is the full-time Director of Talent Retention, which includes Linking Lansing & U, an inititative by Mayor Virg Bernero in 2006 to attract and retain area students as the up-and-coming professional talent for Lansing's future labor force.
