The Lansing EDC Enhance Grants Program, a program of the Lansing Equitable Economic Development (LEED) Initiative, has been established to provide access to capital for small businesses owned by individuals of the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) community within the city of Lansing. This program recognizes the disproportionate impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on these businesses and aims to address their unique challenges. By providing financial resources, this program is dedicated to supporting projects that foster not only immediate recovery but also long-term business sustainability and expansion, thereby contributing to the overall economic resilience of BIPOC entrepreneurs in the city of Lansing.
