The Lansing Gateway Corridor Improvement Authority (LGCIA) was established to oversee the strategic economic development of the Lansing Gateway Corridor. This commercial corridor, located in the northern part of Lansing, Michigan, runs along N. Grand River Ave. from Waverly Rd. to the Old Town District. The LGCIA’s sole purpose is to foster economic development in partnership with the Lansing economic area partnership and to promote revitalization along the commercial corridor, enhancing the overall community through initiatives supported by the Lansing economic development corporation and the Lansing corporation.

LGCIA’s final meeting is being hosted at the historic Turner-Dodge House!

The LGCIA will share updates on this year’s activities and introduce new programs/opportunities for business owners within the corridor. Learn about the new Business Grant Program and the upcoming mural sponsorship program in 2026, and other initiatives.
