The Lansing Gateway Corridor Improvement Authority (LGCIA) was established to oversee the strategic economic development of the Lansing Gateway Corridor. The Lansing Gateway corridor is a commercial corridor in the northern part of Lansing, Michigan, running along N. Grand River Ave. from Waverly Rd. to the Old Town District. The LGCIA’s sole purpose is to generate economic development and revitalization along the commercial corridor to improve the overall community.

LGCIA’s final meeting is being hosted at the historic Turner-Dodge House!

The LGCIA will share updates on this year’s activities and introduce new programs/opportunities for business owners within the corridor. Learn about the new Business Grant Program and the upcoming mural sponsorship program in 2026, and other initiatives.
