The Lansing Gateway Corridor Improvement Authority (LGCIA) was established to oversee the strategic economic development of the Lansing Gateway Corridor. The Lansing Gateway corridor is a commercial corridor in the northern part of Lansing, Michigan, running along N. Grand River Ave. from Waverly Rd. to the Old Town District. The LGCIA’s sole purpose is to generate economic development and revitalization along the commercial corridor to improve the overall community.

The Lansing Gateway Corridor Improvement Authority exists to promote the development, beautification, sustainability, and accessibility of North Grand River Ave. The Authority seeks to revitalize the area while nourishing sustained and inclusive community engagement.
