FAÇADE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

Full Application Due: March 31st, 2025

Grant Types:

Aesthetic Facade Improvements – up to $10,000 

Transformational Improvements  –  up to $30,000

Design Grant – Up to $2,000

The City has allotted a $175,000 grant amount this fiscal year to improving the  appearance and structure into Lansing City Businesses buildings. 

This program provides design assistance as well as reimbursement for the redevelopment and improvement of exterior commercial facades. 

The purpose of this program is to assist with aesthetic beauty, safety improvements as well as enhance the street appearance of Lansing businesses. Because of this program, Lansing properties have become more attractive to customers and the community as well as increasing the overall value of local businesses.
